Ministry Residency

The ministry residency program at Gospel Community Church is designed to help you discern your calling, gifting, and next steps in vocational ministry.

What is the residency?

As part of our church mission to love God, grow in community, and reach out with the love of Christ, we are committed to training leaders who are called by God into vocational ministry.
We make room in our budget and regular rhythms to walk alongside of future pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders.

During our time together, we share our lives, our resources, and our ministry experiences with the desire to see men and women assessed, equipped, and commissioned for lasting and fruitful ministry.

Developing Leaders Who Last

Our residents often need housing; whether you have an apartment space or an entire home to donate, housing can meet a critical need!

We can train 4 to 6 residents per cohort for approximately $30,000.
These leaders will impact the world for years to come as they launch into ministry.
