Loving Our Medical Professionals

These are the names of real people in our church family who are serving as first responders and medical professionals–several on the frontlines by providing care for COVID-19 patients. Pray for them by name. If you know them personally, please check in with them and encourage them. If you are a first responder or medical practitioner, and we missed your name, please send us a message so we can to add you to our Prayer list.
“Our medical professionals have expressed so much gratitude any time we’ve connected with them,” says a member of GCC’s Care Team. “Also, we have a few [professionals] in our congregation who have actually been deployed to other areas of the country to help with relief efforts, so people aren’t just serving here in Lynchburg—they’re all across the country.”
Encourage
Write notes of encouragement and appreciation for our medical professionals and first responders! Children’s artwork, a Bible verse, or a simple note can be incredibly encouraging. This simple act goes a long way from what they have shared with us!
